Trouble Shooting Guide for FingerID
1. Unable to read fingerprint
solutions : a. Clean fingerprint scanner using scotch tape
b. Enroll other finger print of employees
2. Different record appear when employee scan on biometric
solution : Delete fingerprint record and re-enroll both employees with problem
3. Missing picture
solution : See if employee's picture path is properly setup
4. Clock is not sync correctly.
solution : Set time update on windows control panel
